Have you been wondering about God ?
God loves you and has a purpose for your life.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)
God's purpose is that we have eternal life.
We receive eternal life as a free gift. We can live a full and meaningful life right now and spend eternity with Jesus in heaven yet our sinful nature keeps us from fulfilling God's purpose for our lives.
What we need to understand is that we are all sinners by nature and by choice. We cannot save ourselves. Only God can provide the forgiveness of our sins. God provides that forgiveness in His son, Jesus Christ. Jesus is God and he became man. Jesus died for us on the cross and was resurrected from the dead.
To receive God's forgiveness we must receive Jesus.
To receive Jesus we must:
- repent of our sin.
- place our faith in Jesus.
The Bible says "For, Everyone who call on the name of the Lord will be saved." (Romans 10:13)
Why not call on His name today and begin your new life in Christ?
